DIRECTIONS:
1. Carefully cut the chicken breasts horizontally, making a pocket.
2. Combine shredded mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped olives, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Fill the chicken pockets with mozzarella stuffing. Spray the outside of the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, paprika, and pepper.
4. Place a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
5. Fry the stuffed chicken breasts on each side until brown.
